  • How do I book a Party?

A deposit and signed booking agreement are required to reserve your preferred date and time.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service the Greater Austin Area! We travel as far south as San Marcos, north as Georgetown, east as Bastrop, and west as Dripping Springs. Mileage fees may apply for travel over 20 Miles from our HQ in South Austin to cover performer fuel.
  • When should the character arrive?
    We recommend the character arrives approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled start time of your event. That way, you can give all of your guests time to arrive and get settled in your event space.
  • What should I expect when the character arrives?
    Prior to their arrival, the character and assistant will call you when they are 10 minutes away from your event location. Please make arrangements with the character during the 10 minute notification call to meet them outside and escort them into the party area. From there, the character will begin their activities and the party will commence.
  • Where should I host my party?
    Our characters can perform at many different types of venues, from public to private. We can perform in private residences, community centers, public parks, restaurants, party rooms in activity centers, and many more. Please keep in mind the privacy of the party area, as our characters may have trouble entertaining if there is too much going on around the event space.
  • What do I need to provide for the character?
    Our characters are fully functional and bring everything that they need for their activities with them! We do ask that you prepare a space for the character and guests to sit during the story time and games, and have a chair and table available for temporary tattoos/mini makeovers, if applicable. Some characters with heavier costumes or masks may need water at some point during their performance.
  • When should we cut the cake/sing Happy Birthday?
    We recommend singing happy birthday and cutting the cake within the last 10 to 15 minutes of the character’s scheduled appearance. However, we are happy to adjust our itineraries as needed!
  • Can we tip our performer?
    Absolutely! Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. If your performer did an exceptional job, you may tip whatever you see fit.
  • What do we do if we need to reschedule?
    Give us a call as soon as you can! We will be happy to reschedule your booking for you. We will apply your booking deposit to a new available date. Please just note that no money put down on the party can be refunded, only transferred.
